Though the Government was sensitive to people's problems, its reach and resources were limited, he said. Delivering the valedictory address at the two-day seminar organised by the Social Work Department of Maris Stella College on `The role of NGOs and their adaptability to present scenario' on Saturday, Mr. Reddy said even the rich faced problems due to urbanisation. Delivering a lecture on `Psycho Social Risk Factors for Suicide', noted psychiatrist, Indla Rama Subba Reddy, explained the reasons that would provoke suicidal tendencies. He said each individual should feel the social responsibility and prevent suicide attempts.
