`Talks will yield no result'

VIJAYAWADA,
NOV. 7.
Even as the stage is being set for the second round of talks between the Communist Party of India (Maoist) and the State Government, the CPI (ML) Liberation general secretary, Deepankar Bhattacharya, has said that the dialogue will yield no result .
Participating in a public meeting, Mr. Bhattacharya, said that by expressing its readiness for talks with the Government, the CPI (Maoists), the erstwhile People's War, had shown its tendency to surrender .
