Thanking the union for its unstinted support to the management in times of crisis, Mr. Ram said that it was a major factor that helped meet challenges successfully. He specially recalled the union's role in November last when the management faced a crisis. Due to the union's support, everything ended well. The Joint Managing Director, N.
