VISAKHAPATNAM, NOV. 9. The Dandakaranya Liberation Organisation (DLO) is advocating integration of parts of various adjoining States to form a separate tribal State. The DLO wants an autonomous tribal State, comprising parts of Maharashtra, Orissa, Chattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh. It sees the formation of new State as one way of preventing activities in the name of mining in the agency area and also attempts at misleading tribals by promising them jobs, according to the DLO's central convener, Dharma Roy Killo.
