McMillan, Styris penalised

DHAKA, NOV. 9. New Zealand cricketers Craig McMillan and Scott Styris were found guilty of `misconduct' and penalised for their actions during a limited-overs match in the just-concluded tour of Bangladesh, a Bangladesh Cricket Board news release said on Monday.

McMillan was fined 25 per cent of his match fee for showing dissent and swearing while leaving the pitch after he was adjudged leg-before by umpire Mahbubur Rahman of Bangladesh, during the second one-day game Friday in Dhaka.

Teammate Scott Styris was `severely reprimanded' for taunting Bangladeshi batsman Mohammad Ashraful after dismissing him in Friday's match, which New Zealand won by three wickets.
