Gagan likely to be overlooked again
CHANDIGARH,
NOV. 10.
Gagan Ajit Singh's return to the national team for the Champions Trophy appears remote, with the Indian Hockey Federation saying on Monday that it would retain the same team that played Pakistan in the Friendship Series recently.
"Gagan was not there in the team that played against Pakistan," the IHF President, K.P.S. Gill, told reporters when asked specifically if the forward's career was effectively over.
