MSRIT triumphs

BANGALORE, NOV. 10. The host, M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology won the MSRIT inter-engineering collegiate cricket tournament beating BMS College of Engineering by 89 runs at Palace grounds here on Wednesday. Batting first, MSRIT made 221 with Vijay Karthik topscoring with 72. Later it dismissed BMSCE l for 132. BMS College, however had a consolation as its batsman Y.H.S. Girish was adjudged man of the tournament.

MSRIT 221 (Vijay Karthik 72, S. Karthik 45) bt BMSCE 132 ( Y.H.S. Girish 43).
