LONDON, NOV. 12 . The International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed that the semifinals and final of the ICC Intercontinental Cup 2004 will be moved back by a day to respect the period of mourning for the former United Arab Emirates President, His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who passed away on November 2.

The semifinals, previously scheduled to take place from November 16-18 will now be played from 17-19 while the final has been moved from 20-22 to 21-23, according to an ICC media release.
