SRF Polymers acquires shares in SRF

MUMBAI: SRF Polymers has informed the National Stock Exchange that it has acquired 8.50 lakh equity shares representing 1.32 per cent of the paid up capital of SRF Limited (target company). The date of acquisition was November 11 and the shareholding of SRF Polymers after the said acquisition is 1.05 crore equity shares representing 16.33 per cent of the paid up capital of SRF Limited.
