BANGALORE, NOV. 14. The Children's Day celebrations at the Congress Bhavan on Queen's Road had special guests today in the Chief Minister's grandchildren. Garlanding "Chacha Nehru," who was so fond of children that his birthday is celebrated as Children's Day, were two little children, Arnav Singh and Anushka Singh.
As the Chief Minister, N. Dharam Singh, stepped aside and let the little VIPs take the spotlight, the hall was wreathed in mirthful smiles as senior Congress leaders, including the KPCC president, B. Janardhana Poojary, looked on at the pretty picture they made.
Arnav Singh is the son of Mr. Singh's daughter, Priyadarshini, and Anushka daughter of the Chief Minister's son, Vijay Singh.
