Bus services suspended

COIMBATORE, NOV. 15. Private and State Transport Corporation buses did not ply to various destinations in Kerala from the district, following the dawn-to-dusk hartal in that State, called by The Hindu Aikya Vedi to protest against the arrest of the Kanchi seer, Jayendra Saraswati. Corporation sources said that all the 21 State-owned buses which used to ply Kerala were suspended till evening. - PTI
