PONDICHERRY, NOV. 16. The Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, will attend the Southern States Chief Ministers meeting convened by the Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission in Bangalore tomorrow. The meeting will enlist the views of the Chief Ministers, including their Maharashtra counterpart, on implementation of the Tenth Plan (2002-2007), the Department of Planning and Research said in a release today. The Chief Secretary, C.S. Khairwal, the Secretary (Planning and Finance) M. Sathiavathy, and the Director of Planning and Research, M. Sreedharan, will accompany Mr. Rangasamy.
