'Revoke ESMA against municipal staff'

NEW DELHI, NOV. 16. The All-India Central Council of Trade Unions (AICCTU) has asked the Bihar Government to revoke the Essential Services Maintenance Act (ESMA) against the striking employees of the Patna Municipal Corporation.
