All matches drawn

BANGALORE, NOV. 16. K.B. Pawan century (112, 11x4) could only help Karnataka draw level with Tamil Nadu's 346 in the V. Pattabhiraman Trophy South Zone under-17 tournament match that concluded in a draw at the IAF Ground here on Tuesday.

Karnataka in its chase for first innings honours was well placed at 300 for five before losing its way and eventually finishing at 346 for nine at close. As neither team took the first innings' lead no points were awarded.

In the other drawn matches, Hyderabad and Kerala gained two points each as they secured the first innings lead against Andhra and Goa respectively.

The scores: Hyderabad 365 and 233 for four (Aaron Paul 68 not out, Ravi Teja 65, Md. Azmath Khan 51) drew with Andhra 244 (Kranthi Kumar 76, D. Prabhu Kiran 41, Kushal Jilla four for 63).

Tamil Nadu 346 drew with Karnataka 346 for nine in 146 overs (K.B. Pawan 112, Daniel Liao 65, Ganesh Satish 57, Sunil Raju 51).

Kerala 271 and 203 for nine (P. Achutan 119 not out) drew with Goa 261 and 207 for five (S. Bandekar 57 not out, A. Desai 43 not out).
