JAIPUR, NOV. 18. The President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, will visit Udaipur in Rajasthan for a day on November 23 to attend the 16th convocation of Mohanlal Sukhadia University and deliver the convocation address on the occasion. The Chancellor and Rajasthan Governor, Pratibha Patil, will preside over the convocation ceremony. The Vice-Chancellor, B.L. Chaudhary, will also be present. A high-level meeting was held at the State Secretariat here today to review the preparations for the President's visit and give a final shape to the arrangements. The Chief Secretary, R.K. Nair, issued instructions to the officials concerned to make foolproof arrangements during the visit.
