Dry weather in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI, NOV. 18. Isolated rainfall occurred over coastal Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, interior Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

The minimum temperature fell appreciably at a few places over Telangana, at one or two places over coastal Andhra Pradesh, fell at a few places over rest coastal Andhra Pradesh, at one or two places over coastal Tamil Nadu.

The minimum temperature rose appreciably at one or two places over north Kerala and changed little elsewhere over the region.

They were appreciably below normal at one or two places over north coastal Andhra Pradesh, appreciably above normal at one or two places over Telangana, Rayalaseema, coastal Karnataka and above normal at a few places over north interior Karnataka, at one or two places over north Kerala, interior Tamil Nadu, south coastal Andhra Pradesh, rest Telangana and were generally normal over rest of the region.

Adilabad recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 15 degree Celsius in the plains of the region.

FORECAST (valid until Saturday morning): Mainly dry weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Farmers weather bulletin For Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry (valid until Saturday morning):

Mainly sunny weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change.
