Ispat Euro Bonds
CHENNAI,
NOV. 19.
Ispat Industries Limited has reached an agreement with its Euro Convertible Bondholders on November 18 to redeem/pay its outstanding amount of $136.82 million. With this, the company has successfully restructured its three per cent Euro Convertible Bonds of an outstanding value of $122.16 million together with unpaid interest of $14.66 million aggregating to $136.82 million. This would allow the company to settle at 25 per cent of the total outstanding amount, which will be redeemed/paid in five quarterly instalments, says a company release.
