Plea against new colleges

HYDERABAD, NOV. 19. The Andhra Pradesh Private Engineering Colleges Managements' Association has appealed to the Government not to give permission to new engineering colleges in the State for this academic year in view of the large number of vacant seats in several colleges. A letter to this effect was written to the Chief Minister.
