Allotment for engineering seats

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM. Nov. 20. The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will hold an allotment at 9 a.m. on November 23 to consider students in the SC category for engineering seats in the ST category yet to be filled. A press note issued here today said SC candidates figuring in the entrance rank list who have not yet received seat allotment can participate in this allotment to be held at the office of the CEE here.

Those who get allotment that day should secure the green memo immediately. Those who get allotment in Government/aided colleges should pay Rs. 1,000 as caution deposit in the form of a DD in favour of `CEE A/C with UBI' drawable in Thiruvananthapuram.

The vacancy positions are given below.

Government/aided colleges:

AR:1 Self-financing colleges:

AE: 38, BT: 3, CE: 23, CS: 116, EC: 57, EE: 101, EI: 10, EC: 5, IT: 100, MA: 13, ME: 50, PO: 3, PT: 2.

Candidates for the allotment should produce the admit card of the entrance examination, original mark list for proof of educational qualifications, a self-attested copy of the same and pass certificate.
