Launching an information kiosk on availability of fish installed by the Department of Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare at the Thengaithittu fishing harbour in collaboration with the M.S. He highlighted welfare measures the Government had introduced for the fishermen in the Union Territory and urged them to ensure that they used the infrastructure both to improve their earnings and contribute to the State's treasury through export of fish.
