HYDERABAD, NOV. 21. Reigning National champion, Chetan Anand, won the Levolant T'Orde Toulouse French Open badminton championship singles title defeating Oedum Kasper of Denmark 15-5, 11-15, 15-10 in the men's singles final today, according to information received here. In the women's doubles final, Andhra pair of Gutta Jwala and Shruthi Kurien of India went down to Nedel Cheva Petya and Russkikh Anastesia 11-15, 6-15.
