India's objection to arms sale "unwarranted"

LAHORE, NOV. 21. Pakistan has described as "unwarranted" India's objection to the sale of weapons by the United States to Islamabad.

"It was incomprehensible that India, which has massive weaponisation and weapon acquisition programme, should object to Pakistan's modest defence requirements," the Foreign Office spokesman said in a statement here.
