NEW DELHI, NOV. 21. The Union Home Minister, Shivraj Patil, in an internal and recommendatory report to the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, has said efforts should be continued to bring the Hurriyat Conference to the table for talks whereas the issue of granting more autonomy to Jammu and Kashmir should be reviewed and discussed. Stressing the need for the dialogue process to be carried forward on a ``sustained basis'' with all groups abjuring violence, leaders, intelligentsia, media and elected representatives, Mr. Patil outlined a multi-pronged strategy to bring peace to the State.
