Sutlej Industries' expansion plan
CHENNAI: Sutlej Industries has earmarked Rs. 110 crores for its expansion programme. It will be expanding the capacity of the Kathua (Jammu and Kashmir) unit by 28,416 spindles. Commercial production of the additional capacity of dyed and melange cotton yarn is expected to commence by March 2005. According to a release, the new unit will be eligible for special packages of incentives announced by the Central and State governments.
