PONDICHERRY, NOV. 22. Volunteers and office bearers of the Pondicherry unit of the Hindu Munnani along with other pro-Hindu outfits would observe a fast at Avvai Thidal on Pondicherry Gorimedu route near Saram here tomorrow to protest the arrest of the Kanchi Sankaracharya Sri Jayendra Saraswati by the Tamil Nadu police in a murder case. A release from the Secretary of the Munnani, A. Kannan, said here today.
