PNB's flexible housing loan
NEW DELHI: Punjab National Bank has introduced a new variant in its housing loan, PNB Flexible Housing Loan, where a part of the loan will be available to borrowers in the name of overdraft account. Under the scheme, borrowers will be able to deposit their surplus funds in this account without blocking them permanently thus saving substantially on total interest outgo on the housing loan. They will also be able to get a maximum of 20 per cent additional loan of the original loan amount for their personal needs.
