MUMBAI, NOV. 22. Local player Harjinder Singh defeated Mohammad Merchant 4-9, 5-9, 9-2, 10-9, 9-2 in the second round of the 61st Cricket Club of India -Western India Open squash tournament here on Monday. Also advancing into the third round were Amjad Khan, Imran Khan, Niraj Shirgaonkar, Vikas Jangra, Anurag Gill, Capt. Sisodia, Aditya Shastri, Rohan Gracias, Capt. Tarun Nauni, Jasbir Singh, Supreet Singh, Rushabh Vora and Manek Mathur. The open winner will receive a cash prize of Rs 60,000, while the women's winner will get Rs 20,000.
