Kanwar elected FICCI President

NEW DELHI,
NOV. 22.
The Chairman and Managing Director of Apollo Tyres, Onkar S. Kanwar, has become the President-elect of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
He will take up the office of the FICCI President at the conclusion of the 77th annual session of the organisation, scheduled for next month.
Mr. Kanwar is closely associated with leading national and international industry chambers and other business organisations.
He is the immediate past President of the Indian chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Kanwar is a science and management graduate from the University of California.
