Bengal team wins

HYDERABAD, NOV. 22. West Bengal team comprising Partha Lahiri, Gautam Das, Ram Prasad Das, Sanjila Mojumdar, Joy Narayan Roy and Pijush Gobinda Chowdory won the team of four duplicate event in the all-India Civil Services bridge tournament here.

The results: Progressive event: 1. RSB Kolkatta (Hiralal Roy, Sanjib Kumar Biswas, Moloy Kumar Mandal, Biplab Mandal, Milan Kanti Haldar, Prahlad Kumer Mojumder, Pradip De). 2 RSB Bihar (Ashok Kmar Sha, Arun Kumar Sinha, Rajendra P.D. Sinha, Ratnesh, Navin Kumar Sinha).

Master pairs (N-S): 1. RSB Bangalore (Shaikh Naimuddin, K.N. Shyam Sunder). 2. RSB Kolkatta (Biplal Mandal and Malay Mandal).
