NEW DELHI, NOV. 22. Sudhir Sachdeva, one of the accused in the sensational All India Pre-Medical Test paper leak case unearthed by the Crime Branch of the Delhi police earlier this year, was today granted bail by a Delhi court on condition that he would surrender his passport and not leave the country without permission from the court. Observing discrepancies in the police investigations and corruption charges levelled against the former investigating officer of the case, Sanjay Gupta, and another Sub-Inspector, Rajesh, the court granted bail to Sachdeva, the owner of Sachdeva New P.T. College, on condition that he will not hamper investigations. The police had earlier named Sachdeva as one of the accused in the paper leak case.
