CHENNAI, NOV. 23. Viswanathan Anand will play a rapid event in the scenic city of Tallinn in Estonia on November 26 and 27 to promote the game in the country. Former FIDE world champion Alexander Khalifman and several local players of Estonia among others will take part. The event is being held in the memory of the Estonian player, Paul Keres. Anand will appear on Estonia TV3, a popular TV show, on November 24, along with Carmen Kass, the President of Estonian Chess Federation. Anand will also call on the President of Estonia, Arnold Ruutel.
