Temasek buys stake in Gateway
MUMBAI,
NOV. 23.
The Singapore government-owned Temasek Holdings Pte has bought 10 per cent equity stake in Gateway Distriparks Ltd. (GDL) for an undisclosed sum.
Temasek has acquired stake through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aranda Investments (Mauritius) Pte Ltd, GDL said in a release here today.
Gateway is a multi-location port-based logistics support services company providing container freight stations and inland container depots.
