Zydus, Zambon tie up
MUMBAI,
NOV. 23.
Zydus Cadila has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Italy-based pharma group, Zambon, for cooperation in R&D, contract manufacturing of fine chemicals, active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished formulations.
Under the agreement, both companies would undertake co-development of niche molecules and new generics, development of key intermediates and research and development in fine chemicals, Zydus Cadila said in a release here.
