PM's visit

Sir, — The Prime Minister's visit to Northeast is welcome. The most neglected part of the country has finally received the attention of the Government. The development of the region will bring the disgruntled youth into the national mainstream. If the Centre succeeds in ushering in peace in the region, it can concentrate on Kashmir.
