CHENNAI, NOV. 23. With greater interaction of leaders, administrators and students of the two countries, India and China can learn a lot from each other and march towards becoming super economic powers in the next 25 years, the former Karnataka Chief Minister, S.M. Krishna, said on Monday. Addressing a meeting at Kunming, Yunan province in China, he said India was stronger in the services sector and China was stronger in the manufacturing sector. ``We have to work out strategic details together to emerge as a strong Information Technology entity.'' In Karnataka, technology had been taken to rural areas by facilitating farmers with kiosks, which could furnish computerised land documents within 10 minutes. The communication revolution started by the former Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi, had changed the face of India. Telemedicine was being used in Karnataka to help doctors treat patients in rural areas. Specialists in big hospitals in Bangalore help local doctors on the mode of treatment and prescription of medicines, he said.
