CUDDAPAH, NOV. 23. A pay phone owner, Giri Narasimhulu, was stabbed to death in Kondayapalle in Chinna Chowk panchayat on Tuesday morning. Narasimhulu and Papaiah had a quarrel over a water tank issue and a case registered against the former for alleged assault on Papaiah was recently struck down by court, according to the police. Subsequently, the pay phone owner informed the police that Papaiah was threatening him.
