One killed in blast at factory

NOV. 23.
Chakali Venkateswarlu (40), shift in-charge at the Kekula Pharma factory near Khajipalli of Narsapur mandal, died on the spot after sustaining severe burn injuries in an explosion today afternoon in the drier section he was working in.
Another person was injured in the blast.
Venkateswarlu was a native of Mahabubnagar.
According to the Bolaram police, the explosion might have occurred due to severe heat in the drier room.
The pharmaceutical factory was partly damaged under the impact of the explosion.
The police are investigating the case.
