Swamy opposes move to refer case to CBI

CHENNAI, NOV. 23. The Janata Party president, Subramanian Swamy, today opposed any move to hand over the Kancheepuram Sankararaman murder case to the Central Bureau of Investigation.

In a statement, he said that in such a highly sensitive politicised case, the CBI would be subject to ``Congress dictation.''
