HYDERABAD, NOV. 23. A Division Bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, comprising Chief Justice, Devinder Gupta, and Justice M. Narayana Reddy, on Tuesday directed that Satyanarayana, Registrar, Kakatiya University, be issued notices in a contempt case. The case was filed by one M. Jayaraju complaining that directions of the court had been violated. It was brought to the notice of the court that on an earlier occasion the Bench directed the university authorities not to go ahead with admissions into MBA and MCA courses without complying with the conditions of the AICTE.
