Windfall for domestic help

SHIMLA, NOV. 23. The unwed princess of the erstwhile princely state of Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh, Raj Rajeshwari, has bequeathed her entire movable assets worth Rs. 2.5 crores to her domestic hands — father and son duo — and the entire immovable property to a trust headed by the Chief Minister.

The movable assets of the 66-year-old princess — who died on November 11 — including cash, gems and jewellery, a car, Persian carpets and rare artefacts, have been left to Babloo Gupta and his father Ram Bilas who also sell peanuts for a living.
