Women's Bill

Sir, — A lack of consensus among political parties is cited as the reason for keeping the Women's Reservation Bill in cold storage. With Sonia Gandhi as the UPA Chairperson, an upright Prime Minister, and a Speaker whose party is genuinely committed to the Bill, we hope at least in this session it will be passed.
