Suzlon Energy raises Rs. 100 crores
CHENNAI: Suzlon Energy Limited, manufacturer of wind turbines, has raised Rs. 100 crores through issue of equity and convertible preference shares to ChrysCapital. The company had earlier raised Rs. 100 crores from CVC International in April. Suzlon has commissioned a 2 MW wind turbine at Sankaneri near Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu, says a release.
