The chief minister was informed that Rs. 226.79 crores out of Rs. 461 crores earmarked for the annual plan had been spent till October.
Law and order
Mr. Rangasamy said that law and order in the Union Territory was good, and that the police were doing a good job. Consequently, Pondicherry was making rapid progress economically.
