BHOPAL, NOV. 24. The police have arrested a lecturer of a government higher secondary school for misusing the name of the State Chief Minister, Babulal Gaur. According to official sources deputy director, urban administration and development Ashok Sharma who was posted at Indore got a phone from one Chandramoham Yadav on November 17. Describing himself to be a relative of Chief Minister Babulal Gaur, Mr Yadav told Mr Sharma to extend all help to one Ramesh Tiwari who would be meeting him the next day. Mr Tiwari reportedly met Mr Sharma the next day with a signed letter of Mr Gaur. Mr Sharma however sent the letter to the CM's office to confirm its authenticity. The letter was found to be fake and a high level inquiry was subsequently ordered. The police later traced the accused V.K. Mishra, a lecturer in a government higher secondary school at Indore. UNI
