NEW DELHI, NOV. 24. The Delhi High Court today directed the Kanjhawala police station in North-West Delhi to provide security to Lokesh Srivastava, Metro Chief of the Delhi edition of the Hindi daily, Punjab Kesri. Seeking a reply from the city police on Mr. Srivastava's plea that he required security because the local police had failed to take action against the criminals who had attacked him and his family members, Justice R.C. Chopra directed the local police to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members and ensure that no harm was done to them.
