BANGALORE, NOV. 24. Second-seeded Shamika V. Desai bagged the sub-junior girls' title in the Bangalore City Institute State ranking table tennis tournament here on Wednesday.

The results: Final: Shamika V. Desai bt Nisarga N. Poojari 11-9, 11-5, 11-4. Semifinals: Nisarga N. Poojari bt N. Poojitha 11-6, 11-9, 11-2; Shamika V. Desai bt R. Madhuri 11-5, 11-6, 8-11, 10-12, 11-4.
