KOCHI, NOV. 24. The 25th national conference of the All India Bank Employees' Association will be held in Hyderabad from November 27 to 30. About 3,000 delegates will participate in the meet, according to a press release issued by the Association State general secretary, V.K. Johnny. Gurudas Dasgupta, MP, will inaugurate the meet. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, will be the chief guest. Prominent political personalities like Jairam Ramesh, Sitaram Yechury and D. Raja will participate in the seminar to be organised as part of the meet. The Union Minister of State for Tourism, Renuka Choudhury, will take part in the women's convention. Bank mergers, hike in foreign direct investment, hi-tech banking solutions and other issues will be discussed at the meet. A 140-member delegation from Kerala will leave for Hyderabad on November 25, the release said.
