Counselling for nursing course from Dec. 1

VIJAYAWADA, NOV. 24. Counselling for admission to the B.Sc. (nursing) four-year and two- year degree courses for 2004-05 will be conducted in two phases -- first phase from December 1 to 4 and the second on December 15 and 16. The NTR University of Health Sciences issued a revised counselling schedule to this effect on Wednesday.

Accordingly, counselling for all the physically challenged candidates and all categories of candidates who have applied for the two-year direct courses will be held on December 1. It will be followed by counselling for candidates (merit order number 1 to 442) who have applied for the four-year direct course the next day. Similarly, counselling for candidates with merit order number 443 to 723 and merit order number 724 to 969 will be held on December 3 followed by counselling for candidates with merit order number 970 to the last the next day.

Second phase

In the second phase, counselling for candidates with merit order number 1 to 1,006 will be held on December 15 which will be followed by counselling for candidates with merit order number 1,007 to the last on December 16. The conversion of unfilled seats, if any, and admissions to the vacant seats in the two-year direct courses will also be held the same day.
