Sainik School beats Father Agnal

NEW DELHI, NOV. 24. Sainik School (Karnataka) defeated Father Agnal School (Noida) 3-2 in the boys (under-14) section of the all India CBSE hockey tournament at the Ganga International School here on Wednesday.

The scores: Boys: under-14: Ganga International School bt JLN School (Bhopal) 3-0; Sainik School (Karnataka) bt White Eagle (Devpur) 5-0; Sainik School (Karnataka) bt Father Agnal School (Noida) 3-2; Springdales School (Amritsar) bt JLN School (Bhopal) 5-0. Under-19: Ganga International School bt White Eagle (Devpur) 5-0; JKG School (Ghaziabad) bt Ivy League Academy (Andhra) 9-0; White Eagle (Devpur) bt St. Thomas (Jalandhar) 5-1; Shah Satnamji School (Sirsa) bt V.P. Prashant Niketan (Ghatkaesar) 5-1.

Girls: under-14: Lawrence School (Nilgiri) bt St. Thomas School (Jalandhar) 2-0; White Eagles (Devpur) bt Arya Girls Public School (Panipat) 3-0. Under-19: Lawrence School (Nilgiri) bt Arya Girls Public School (Panipat) 2-1; White Eagles (Devpur) bt Bal Bharti School (Noida) 1-0; Maharaja Agrasen School (Sirsa) bt JKG School (Ghaziabad) 12-0.
