CISF begins passenger feedback survey

BANGALORE, NOV. 24. The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), which will be completing fifth year at the Indian airports on February 3 next year, on Wednesday launched a Passenger Feedback Survey. The survey will be on for 15 days.

M.D. Singh, retired Director-General and Inspector General of Police, formally introduced the feedback forms here on Wednesday. The forms will be distributed among all passengers in 47 airports in the country. The CISF personnel are in-charge of security at Bangalore Airport. "Our foremost aim is to provide the highest standard of security with minimum inconvenience to passengers," said Udayan Banerjee, City Commandant, CISF.Mr. Singh advised the CISF to avoid unnecessary additional security. "This kind of security leading to inconvenience should be avoided as far as possible," he said.
